Privacy Policy

How Maximo Medical handles the information you send through this website.

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Maximo Medical respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site and of the facilities we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what happens to it. It covers this website only.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and only one of them comes from you.

  • What you send through the contact form: your name, your title or position, your facility or organization, the facility type, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Standard technical records kept by the company that hosts this site, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. These exist to keep the site secure and running.

We do not ask for patient information and we have no reason to receive it. Please keep protected health information out of the contact form and out of any message you send us.

How we use your information

We use what you send to respond to you. Specifically, that means:

  • Answering your question, preparing a quote, or routing your request to the right person on our team.
  • Following up about the inquiry you sent.
  • Keeping a record of the request so we can pick the conversation back up later.

Form submissions are not added to a marketing list, and we do not use them for automated decision making.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run analytics and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no third party tracking script on the pages we control.

If we add analytics later, we will say so here and update the effective date before turning it on.

How your information is shared

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Two kinds of service providers handle it on our behalf: the company that hosts this website, and the email service that delivers and stores form submissions. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we need to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the relationship. As a general rule, that means about three years after your last inquiry or interaction with us, unless we need to keep the information longer for legal or business reasons. After that, we delete it.

Your choices

Email us at Info@MaximoMedical.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in California, you may also have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy or a correction, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any right that applies to you, email us at Info@MaximoMedical.com, and we will respond as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry email is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we will not promise more than that.

Children

This site is built for healthcare professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
