Our founder has worked at every level of sterile processing and hospital operations, and understands firsthand what’s at stake when an instrument has to perform flawlessly.

Our service technicians are certified sterile processing professionals. They understand the standards behind proper instrument care because they have also worked inside the real conditions of an SPD, where a damaged instrument, an incomplete tray, or an unexpected delay can affect the entire surgical schedule.

That experience shapes everything we do: rigorous standards, meticulous craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the people our work ultimately protects.

Having worked hands-on with the instruments and teams that keep operating rooms running, Ivan understands exactly what’s at stake when a tool has to perform flawlessly, and he built Maximo Medical to deliver that reliability, procedure after procedure.
